Todd Lee I was in the market to add smoke/heat detectors and monitoring
to my existing
alarm system. I made several phone calls to local alarm companies
to gathering pricing. I also searched the Internet (as you are
probably are doing…) and came across this site. I was
astounded to find such a cheap price for burglar/fire monitoring.
Most of the locals wanted $20+ a month for monitoring. I must
admit that the cheap pricing had me questioning the whole deal.
Like most people, I wanted to save a few dollars on my monitoring
without sacrificing quality.
Well, safe to say, a year has now past since I started using
this site’s monitoring company and I couldn’t be
happier. The monitoring company has been very quick to respond
to tripped alarms and the such. If you are looking for inexpensive
monitoring, then I would recommend that you check these guys
out. I had already bought my smoke and heat detectors before
I discovered this website so I can’t vouch for their parts.
However, Andy was kind enough to supply me with the installer’s
manual for my alarm so that I could hook everything up. When
I had questions or ran into problems reprogramming my alarm,
I was able to call and talk to Andy directly to get my issues
resolved. The support that was offered truly made this a painless
process. This site is a true God-send for the do-it-yourselfer!!

I did my research on home alarm systems but apparently not adequate
research on alarm companies. I fell into a huge trap with a
very large company. The company that I purchased my alarm system
from had somewhat cheaper prices, but the trap is they guarantee
you technical support when they have the time.
I had numerous problems with this company that I spent more
money on long distance phone calls, than the alarm actually
cost from the beginning. The larger companies technical support
is a joke because it stops after you install the alarm. The
only way to get anywhere is to email them and hope for the best,
but in most cases this doesn’t even work.
Finally, by chance I found a home alarm store on line that treats
the customer with respect. They have a toll free number, they
pay attention to your problems, they help you fix the problems
and they do all this even if you did not purchase the alarm
from them.
The company that I am talking about is the AlarmSystemStore.com
and the gentleman that treats the customer with respect is named
Andy.
Andy is so professional, courteous and understanding that he
will do whatever it takes to get your alarm system up and running
again. Andy has a toll free number for any questions, but the
thing that sets him apart from the other companies is that he
returns your calls, even after hours.
If I would have done more research and found the AlarmSystemStore.com
first, I know for a fact that the set up, installation and the
programming would have gone a lot easier.
